It’s no secret that I am an advocate for under-budget authors looking to create dazzling book covers for little to no startup cost. In fact, I wrote an entire guide on how to do this!
But the one problem with creating your own book cover for free is finding the right image.
In this article, I want to show you all the book cover designs that I have made using Midjourney and Unsplash and give a few tips on creating your own cover (whether you use A.I. art or not) in the future!
Please note: None of these are real, published books. They’re all fake books with fake authors and fake plotlines. I even made fake barcodes!

You can always use stock photos from places like Unsplash and use those — and many authors do! — but what if you want something totally unique?
